Right Flip

Ah Girl manages to flip on her right side. The flip is not as smooth as the left though. Nonethess, a very good accomplishment on her part :)

First Salon Hair Cut

Bao Bei has her first salon hair cut today. The above pics show the before and after haircut. She looks much neater now =)

Baby Bjorn Carrier

Mommy decides to invest in a good carrier coz mommy has difficulty managing the stroller when going down escalator. After going through reviews from online mommies, mommy decides to get the latest model of Baby Bjorn carrier - Synergy ( A combination of special feature of Baby Bjorn Air and Baby Bjorn Active).

The Synergy comes in cloth mesh (feature of Baby Air) so as to allow better air ventilation as it is designed for long hours of carry. A special back support is incorporated so as to better distribute the weight across shoulder and back from long hours of carry (feature of Baby Active).
The carrier is user friendly as it allows one-man operation. This is an impt feature as mommy often has to carry BB En out alone to do grocery.

Flip!

Bao Bei is 3 months 2 weeks and 4 days old today. And Bao Bei flips successfully for the first time ! It's so fascinating to see how the little one perserveres with the stunt. She has tried very hard yesterday but fails. She only manages to flip her buttock. She makes another attempt today and boy... She's one determined gal. She gives a big "Whoosh!" after a few small ones. And PRESTO! Really so happy and proud of her !

Sucking Thumb

It has been a happy and tiring day for Bao Bei. My colleague came in the afternoon and Bao Bei was busy entertaining them. Guess she likes company and couldn't stop "Ee - Ee - Ah- Ah" with them. This the first time I hear her "talk" so much. She's one happy baby today.

JR sees that she keeps sucking her thumb and fingers, so stuff her two little hands inside her pants. She isn't sure what's going on initially. After awhile, she assumes JR is playing with her and starts smiling and stretching her pants.

Tummy Time

Bao Bei manages to lift her head high up and stay put for awhile during tummy time. She didn't show any displeasure at all as per her previous tummy times. Can see that she's making an effort to lift her head up everytime she falls flat down today. So proud of her! Gambatte!

Happy Chinese New Year !

Today is the first day of Chinese Lunar year. First time Bao Bei taking ang pows ! So JR bought her a nice OshKosh dress from his recent US trip. Well it's supposed to be a top for 3 year old. But it still fits nice as a dress for her. It's Bao Bei's first time wearing dress !

Little feet

It's amazing to see the little one growing so fast. Just went to see her on Tues and "WHOOSH" ! She has grown taller when I went to pick her up on Thurs. These little feet will soon become as big as mine.

Gym workout!

Bought this to put at my mom's place so that the little one has a toy to keep her occupied with while my mom can do her housework. It has music and light and the hanging toys keep the little one entertained for long. Good investment! =)
