It's CNY again ! Mommy dressed En in the little sailor dress that Daddy bought from Tommy Hilfiger. The happy family of 3 went to a number of house visitings today. Had to cut down this year cause the little one missed her nap and was too tired.

Sesame Street - Here We Come Again!

Seeing how the little one enjoys her first Sesame Street Roadshow, Daddy decided to bring the little one to the roadshow again ~ it's the last day today.  The viewing area is packed to the max!!! .. with lots of screaming kids !!!  The show differed slightly from the last that we saw.  Good thing we came again as it brought different enjoyment.

The little one was keen to explore the surroundings and Mommy took her for a little shopping walk.  

Sesame Street RoadShow

It's BB En's 13 month old today, so Mommy decides to bring the little one out for some fun.  Elmo is in town at Marina Square these few weeks, a good chance to let the little one see live show of songs and dance =)  

The show starts at 4pm but there's already a longggg queue when we reach at 330pm.  Okay nemind... we can just stand around the fence area with gala view hehe.  The little one enjoys every min of the show and she goes "MO MO" when Elmo is onstage.  Lots of songs and dances and Mommy dances the little one to the tunes.  The show is short though.. ended in 20 mins time, with a huge POP of confetti.  The little one manages to catch hold of a few pieces of them which floats down from the top.

After the Sesame Street Show, Daddy n Mommy brought the little one to Kiddy Palace to play!  Lots of big kids around... so Mommy didn't let the little one mingle around the play area.  But brought her to sit musical cars.

A balloon man appears from nowhere and BB En manages to get a doggy balloon.  EnEn squeezes and squashes the balloon and Mommy is really afraid she'll burst it.  

Dinner time... Mommy brought Daddy n BB En to Pu Tien.  We let BB En takes her order... and her order is Pu Tien special homemade bean curd.  Good choice En! =)

Looking forward to more celebrations for BB En !

New Clothes

Daddy n his colleagues went to a warehouse sale today... selling precious moment and forever friends bear clothings @ 3 for $10 !!!  Real cheap!  The clothings are retailing at $19.90.  Daddy grabs a few pieces for his little precious =)

Dinner at IKEA

Grandpa and YiYi decide to drop by our place to play with the little one and also to have dinner together before heading for the airport to pick Granny up.

Grandpa drives us to IKEA where we have our meatballs and chicken wings... SLURP!  and of coz... the soft ice cream!!!  The little one is amused by the trolley spotlight in IKEA and tries to chase it in circle.

Daddy decides to bring Mommy n BB En to another field trip today! And this time, our destination is .... ZOO !

It's BB En's first encounter with animals and she's curious about the many that she sees. Luckily, we manage to catch one animal show ~ Seals.

BB En misses her afternoon nap and she has been trying to force her heavy eyelids open but ... the ZZzzz monster still manage to catch her hehe

Sentosa! ~ Wowee ~!

Daddy and Mommy decides to bring BB En for her first field trip today.  And our destination --

Our first stop: UnderWater World.  At the entrance, a few peacocks and peahens walk around carefree.  The little one is very excited and keeps saying "Bird Bird Bird Bird... ".  First time she sees such beautiful bird.  Mommy corrects her and says its a "Peacock" and BB En goes "Cock Cock Cock".

Entering the UnderWater World, we sees huge aquariums of fishes and sea creatures.  We are standing near one when a GIGANTIC fish suddenly swim towards us and BB En got a scare.  She hangs on tight to Mommy.  Thereafter BB En doesn't show interests in the fishes... she seems to like the "Birds" more. =P

The UnderWater World is packed with tourists, so family of 3 decides to proceed to Dolphin show.  On the way along the beach, the "Close to Animals" show is on, so Daddy n Mommy brought the little one to see her first animal show.  The parrot is on!  Just nice, the little one says "Bird Bird Bird".  Happy gal coz can see bird again. =)

By the time the animal show ends, the dolphin show has started halfway and its such a long walk down to the end of the beach.  Daddy n Mommy decides to take a break and take pics at the hanging bridge instead.  Quite a number of tourists and school children on field trips today.  Gota squeeze abit when crossing the bridge.

BB En misses her afternoon nap and the tired BB dozes off while strolling along the beach.

Daddy suggests to watch "Songs of the Sea" - Musical Fountain show since we are there.  Nice show!  But BB En and a couple of kids got scared by the laser display and symphony orchestra all start at the same time !  Took Mommy awhile to pacify the little one.

Family of 3 has a happy time today.  Looking forward to another field trip =)

Granny on Hols ~

Granny is going for hols ~ so Mommy is on leave to look after the little one 24-7. Whooh!

We start Day 1 with the below food menu ... *drum roll*

Tea Break for the day : Mini Pandan Chiffon from Prima Deli. The little one finishes 2 !

Lunch for the day: Mee Sua cook in homemade stock (potato + carrot + tomato + pork) + spinach

Dinner for the day: Porridge + pork + broccoli + pumpkin

We went to airport to see Granny and aunties and cousin-aunties & uncle off. Christmas is nearing and the deco theme for Changi Airport is Mickey Disney. The little one is extremely excited when she sees the cartoon characters and the giant candy house =)

Da-Da

To our surprise, the little one calls out Da-Da when she sees her Daddy. Wowee! Daddy is so delighted and grins from ear to ear when he hears Ah Ger calls him. Haha.

We were still wondering if "Daddy" is too difficult for her to pronounce, and if we should teach her to call JR Pa-Pa. Apparently, it's just our unfounded worries. =)

Belated Father's Day n Birthday Celebration

Daddy and Mommy took leave to celebrate the belated occassions. As it's Bao Bei's first time celebrating Father's day and birthday for JR, Mommy specially dressed her in a white T top + Denim skorts. She looked so feminine hehe. Had planned to go Tea Cafe initially for the celebration but JR was relunctant, so we settled at Canele at Raffles City... well, JR likes pasta. =) JR ordered Classic Bolognaise while I had Tomato n Crab and we had Chicken Caesar salad. The salad came with raw egg and hot chicken chunks. Something different from the usual Chicken Caesar that other places have. Had wanted to try their specialty dessert, Meringue (made from egg white and white sugar). But we were just too full... think we were too hungry and gobbled our food too fast.
